Operations Assistant
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Salary: £26,208 per annum

The Role
The role of the Operations Assistant includes a number of tasks including but not limited to: cleaning of the School, undertaking scheduled tasks which include venue setup for events and functions, post, laundry, housekeeping, and waste and recycling collection. Working to schedules with tight deadlines, this role requires an appreciation of customer service and a respect for detail.
Main Duties:
* The setup of venues across the school to the correct standards for both internal and external events, including Enterprises events that take place in out-of-term periods.
* Exams support by way of the correct setup, furniture, equipment, and papers needed in the appropriate time frames.
* Collect post from different locations within the site and process both internal and external mail.
* Logistics across the site including collection and disposal of waste/recycling.
* The supply and movement of furniture as requested for either pupil buildings or function setups.
* Manage the central stores and delivery of cleaning products to the correct venues.
* Work with the Laundry team by collecting and returning the laundry according to the schedule.
* Ability to drive School vehicles including the Luton tailgate van.
* Clean, when necessary, inside areas of the school to a professional standard.
