Job Description
You will be joining our Operations team and your role is internally referred to as Client Procurement Analyst. You will be based in our Farnborough office (we offer Hybrid Woking). You will provide exceptional levels of support to Account Managers and key stakeholders, in purchasing data analysis, administration, client service and contract management support. You will ensure that reports and projects are understood, delivered accurately and on time and to drive efficiencies within the department. you will engage in new systems related to market price analysis i.e. Libra which will be used in the benchmarking process: to train and support colleagues on the new system.
You will come from an administrative, analytical background. You will enjoy building strong internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a creative commercial mindset who loves learning everyday and is open to coming up with creative ideas to help our customers.
What's the job
* Complete price benchmarking projects for key stakeholders, thereby contributing to business growth, assisting in securing new business and help deliver a professional purchasing management service
* Liaise with clients and suppliers where required regarding product information
* Complete formatted benchmark reports
* Deliver daily and ad hoc purchasing analysis and reports to Account Managers & key stakeholders. We want an expert in Excel - VLOOKUP's and PIVOTS are crucial
* Contribute towards cost savings, add value and support with ongoing contract performance
* Work closely with the Account Manager and where appropriate support clients.
* Create new supplier accounts on the database & set up new client accounts when required.

* Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Analysing and interpreting complex data using Excel to a high level
* Must be able to use VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting and Formula
* Demonstrable experience of meeting targets & delivering client satisfaction
