Your new role
The main objective of this role is to support the day to day HR functions across all departments and all companies. This is a hands-on role and HR experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities Management of the process for starters and leavers
Processing of all payroll and related reporting
Managing pension and the associated administration
Supporting hiring Managers with recruitment
Reporting to senior management and above, as required
Liaising with and management of recruitment agencies
Management of the travel & expenses along with the associated approvals and policy
Management and monitoring of holiday and absence
Implementation and ongoing management of benefits for staff
Providing HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers
Oversight of recruiting contractors and the relevant administration work
Liaising with travel providers to provide support and administration for travellers
Management of staff prepaid and credit cards
Management of expense claims
Submission of HR / Payroll returns to external bodies such as HMRC
Working with other departments to support training requirements
Liaising with internal departments to support Security Clearance applications
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity needs solid experience in HR and payroll experience too.
Essential Skills
Structured, organised individual; someone with good all-round HR and business experience.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation
First class communications skills.
Ability to work within a small, flexible and dynamic team
Eagerness to learn
