About the Role
FTC for 12 months
Join us as a Capital Projects Administrator during this exciting time. Our team encompasses Estates and Capital Projects, including the Health, Safety, and Environment team, the Campus Facilities team, and the Property and Maintenance team. Together, we serve the estates across the entire Luminate Group. As we undergo significant changes to enable future growth, we’re also launching a growth program to create new campuses over the next five years. These new campuses will help us meet the needs of our students and promote sustainability.
What You Will Do
1. Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, alongside the team leader
2. Work closely with the Group Director of Capital Projects and Team leader to prepare reports and spreadsheets
3. Carry out office tasks such as word-processing, filing, photocopying, diary management
4. Minute/note taking of various different meetings and ensuring they are produced in a timely manner
About You
5. Level 2 qualification in English & Maths
6. Excellent IT Skills in using Microsoft Office packages and Google applications
7. Previous administrative experience
8. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, with people at all levels in the Group
9. Must be able to manage own time to meet deadlines set
10. Knowledge or interest in construction practices is desirable
