Key Responsibilities for the Registered Children’s Home Manager
* Home Management: Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards.
* Care Delivery: As the Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will plan and deliver high-quality care with a focus on emotional support, safety, and development.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your skilled staff team, fostering effective teamwork and encouraging personal growth.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain and monitor the highest care standards, ensuring the home meets all Ofsted requirements.
* Communication & Partnership: Collaborate with young people, families, and external agencies to address each child’s individual needs.
