Your new role
An Interim Finance Manager role, reporting to the Financial Director and leading a small team of staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day finance for a growing business. This will include Month End Management Accounts, Budgets and Variance Analysis, Key Balance Sheet reconciliations, Day-to-day Cash Management, Stock takes, and key commercial analysis. You will assist the company's auditors with Year-End and help resolve any queries. You will lead and help develop a small team of staff and support the FD with any ad-hoc financial analysis, as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant or finalist, with experience of a similar hands-on Finance Manager role in a growing SME. You will enjoy leading a team and delivering high-quality management information in a timely manner. You will be highly IT literate and have strong communication skills. Able to start quickly, you will be happy to commit to an assignment of at least 3 months.
