Water Hygiene Engineer (Cooling Tower experience required)

Specialists in risk assessing on large commercial sites including MoD, large Industrial and mixed-use hospitality/retail, our client who has been in the industry for over 30 years and are looking for their next key hire and currently required an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer with a proven knowledge working on Cooling Towers who is looking to gain their Risk Assessor qualification.
To apply for this Water Hygiene Engineer position, the following background is being considered
* A minimum of 4 years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer or similar.
* NVQ L2 or L3 in a plumbing related discipline.
* Any experience in Risk Assessing highly beneficial specifically on larger sites.
* Experienced carrying out multiple duties in water hygiene including risk assessing, tank cleaning, water sampling – legionella, bacti and pseudomonas, tank cleaning and disinfection also tank inspections, temp reading on hot and cold outlets, TMV servicing and repairs.
* Full driving license and Enhanced DBS.
* Ability to do national travel.
* Excellent communication with an eye for detail.
The Water Hygiene Engineer will as outlined receive full training and be put on the WH-04 Risk Assessment for Legionella Control in Water Systems course to develop their skills further. You will receive a full benefits package including Van (Private), bonus and structured career plan from day 1.
