You should be positive about working in partnership with provider services, stakeholders and local communities. The role will primarily support oversight and delivery of grant funded activity which aims to increase the number of smokers accessing the Smokefree Lancashire Service and reducing smoking prevalence in Lancashire. Whilst basic experience of public health and commissioning are advantageous, transferable skills are welcomed. Continuing Professional Development opportunities are encouraged. The post is offered on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months and will be dependent on the future Local Stop Smoking Services and Support Grant (LSSSASG) allocation for Lancashire.
