About the role
The role requires working directly with new clients and business stakeholders to understand, elicit, and develop requirements for client onboarding and change requests. Liaise closely with the development and testing teams to ensure expectations are managed and requirements are met. Build a solid and robust knowledge of new system architecture to provide accurate and relevant feedback and queries to clients and business stakeholders. Provide leadership and coordination on all new requirements and change requests.
Your responsibilities:
* Coordinate standardization of business systems reports and processes.
* Communicate effectively with business leadership, users, and deployment teams across geographies and cultures.
* Develop a deep understanding of system behavior to propose optimal solutions and specifications.
* Draft and amend policies and procedures to meet new regulations, obtaining approvals and implementing under senior management direction.
* Conduct loan documentation reviews to ensure business systems align with servicer obligations after acquisitions or onboardings.
* Manage scope, resources, quality, schedule, and budget effectively, while identifying and mitigating key risks.
Your skills:
* Deliver large-scale change management projects in complex organizations, ideally in financial services, with Business Analyst and project management experience.
* Develop and enhance operational standard operating procedures, supporting E2E transformation programs and onboarding projects.
* Perform business requirement gathering, gap analyses, impact assessments, user acceptance testing, and develop roadmaps for change.
* Apply project management disciplines, including waterfall and Agile methodologies, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Analyze problems creatively, make effective decisions, and turn ill-defined opportunities into clear strategic paths.
* Collaborate and share best practices, communicate clearly, influence others, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
