Our client, an accountancy firm is seeking an IT Service Manager in either of their offices - Farnham or Oxford. ?? Location: Farnham or Oxford (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)The Role:Oversee IT services to ensure they align with business needs and operate effectively.Coordinate and manage software updates, ensuring system security and compliance.Improve resolution times and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.Monitor and report on KPIs to maintain service excellence.Provide high-level technical support and guidance for complex IT issues.Oversee IT system maintenance and management, conducting regular audits for improvements.Ensure all IT practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Report on helpdesk performance, system updates, and project progress to senior management.Work with key IT tools, including CCH, Alpha Tax, Caseware, Silverfin, PayCircle, Jira Service Management, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Horizon phone system, and Intune.Be comfortable with traveling to other offices as needed.About You:Proven experience in a similar IT service management role, ideally within an accountancy or professional services environment.Strong background in IT service and supplier strategy management.Experience managing staff, including performance management.Expertise in supplier management, software management, systems maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.Experience in Jira Service Management, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams,...
