Finishing Operator (Late Shift)
Location: Cheltenham, UK (On-site)

Role Overview:
The Finishing Operator will clean, package and process finished components during the Late Shift.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
1. Operating cleaning machines
2. Washing parts, deburring, cleaning and packaging to set procedures
3. Ensuring excellent quality
4. Working to standard operating procedures (SOPs), production rates, work place organisation, front line operator asset care (FLOAC), maintenance and cleanliness of machine equipment
5. Understanding and complying with Company Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) practices, while identifying areas for improvement and supporting related initiatives
6. Flexibility to complete other duties where required
Your previous experience is likely to include:
1. Working within a production environment
