Job Description Job Purpose Project DRIVE is a company wide transformation programme to fundamentally change how Rotork operates by implementing a single IT platform (D365) underpinned by consistent processes across all functions across the business. The role will be accountable for leading and managing the DRIVE Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of the transformation programme through strategic oversight, appropriate governance & control, and being a key member and contributor of the Programme Leadership Team (PLT). Key Responsibilities Define and drive the strategic vision for the DRIVE PMO, ensuring alignment with the DRIVE Transformation overarching goals and developing services that address the demands of the programme. Performance manage and develop the DRIVE PMO team to demonstrate ‘high performing team’ characteristics and develop a team who can work vertically and horizontally across the business. Ultimate accountability for the quality and effectiveness of PMO services and capabilities being delivered by the DRIVE PMO. Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to programme leadership on governance, risk, and delivery assurance strategies. Ensure an appropriate programme governance model is implemented and embedded, driving its adherence across the organisation – guiding, educating, and mentoring key stakeholders to embed and normalise. Develop and implement management strategies that improves early identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues that could impact programme delivery success, overseeing compliance with those strategies and standards across all programme streams. Assures programme and project information is fit for use/reuse to share with senior leaders via regular reporting channels and ad hoc governance packs leading to decisions being made based on accurate, timely information. Coordinate the creation of key governance documents and supporting packs such as SteerCo, ensuring the content is a realistic picture of delivery and information is up to date and accurate. Supporting the Programme Director and Transformation Director where needed. Oversee the development and maintenance of an integrated program plan, ensuring all projects are scoped, resourced, and executed effectively.
