Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum - Uncapped commission & Car Allowance

The Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a geographical area, with a focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. This role is integral to the growth of the sales team and requires a self-motivated and driven individual. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships and understanding the market dynamics, effectively positioning our products to maximize sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:
1. Attend sales appointments booked by the Internal Telesales Team, ensuring products meet customer demands whilst maximizing the sales opportunity.
2. Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company offerings and the competitive landscapes.
4. Create self-generated leads for potential appointments and a pipeline for future business opportunities.
5. Work with our Sales Support and Installs teams to ensure sales are processed to completion.
6. Conduct necessary market research to enable you to meet and exceed customer demands.
7. Work within the UK field sales team, offering advice and support to peers as and when appropriate.
Who we are looking for:
1. We are looking for an experienced sales professional, ideally with Telecomms experience, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
3. Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
4. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure sales.
5. Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
6. A strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
7. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
