About the Role
As an experienced Labourer, you will contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing, and the achievement of high levels of tenant satisfaction, improving the landlord and tenant relationships, and protecting health and safety.
You will be responsible for carrying out labouring and delivery duties to provide an effective and efficient delivery and collection service. You will assist trade colleagues in a wide variety of tasks to assist with the execution of their duties and this role will require you to liaise with other employees, tenants and Management as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of building materials.
2. Ability to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of functions carried out by general trades.
3. Experience in carrying out labouring duties.
4. Experience in using various plant and equipment
5. A full, valid UK Driving license
6. Able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the practical application of Health and Safety Legislation in the construction industry, particularly Health and Safety at work, and the COSHH Regulations
