Our client are keen to appoint a highly organised, confident and customer focused Property Manager to join their small team This is the ideal opportunity for a Property Manager who is looking to progress their career in Residential Lettings. £26,000 - £28,000 per annum LE2, driving license essential Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm and two Saturdays per month - 9am - 2pm Responsibilities: Provide property management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants Undertake property management duties with a particular focus on coordinating property maintenance Ensure that all properties comply with current legislation (EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, PAT Testing) Attend inventories, check ins, routine inspections and check outs Liaise with contractors/outsourcing resources to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out to a satisfactory standard and timescale Draw up a schedule of costs based on checkout report Skills & Experience: Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management Previous property management/maintenance experience necessary Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others Full driving licence and access to own vehicle Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role
