Whatyou’llBring:
Experience &Organisation: You are an efficient, organized Care Coordinatorpassionate about community care. You excel in managing rotas toimpeccable standards and pride yourself on building strongrelationships with care workers.
Stepping Up? Ifyou have previous healthcare experience and a solid understandingof CQC, care plans, and rotas, we're here to support yourtransition into this role.
NVQ level 3 isdesirable
