Here in Barnsley, we’re seeking a Facilities Operative to join our team, collaborating with our customer, ASOS. You’ll provide a multi-skilled service, undertaking various tasks to meet legislative, company, site, and exacting standards.
You'll be working on a shift pattern of 'any 5 out of 7', with rotating shifts. We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,840 per annum, and 264 hours annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). Complete Pre Planned Maintenance tasks as dictated by the Facilities schedule
Update Facilities Digital Management System with completed tasks and any additional tasks that you deem necessary
Assist in Project work around site as dictated by the Facilities Manager
Previous experience within facilities or maintenance
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and heating systems
A Level 2 qualification in a related field (such as Facilities Maintenance, Construction, etc.) Basic level of ability in the use of PC based applications including BMS, MMS and Excel
