We’re seeking a skilled 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our client's team during the busy Christmas period. Your role will be crucial in providing exceptional technical support to their users, resolving issues promptly, and minimizing service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, such as password resets, software installations, and hardware malfunctions
* Document and track incident tickets in our ticketing system
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong understanding of IT support fundamentals, including hardware and software troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with remote support tools
* ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
