Our client is an engineering business with a small, friendly office based in the Alfreton area.
Due to investment, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is an office based role, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing quotations
2. Handling invoice enquiries
3. Planning, scheduling and booking in projects for the engineering team
4. Speaking with customers and offering support
5. Ensuring there is the adequate stock to fulfil site projects
6. Working closely with other areas of the business to resolve enquiries
Qualifications:
1. Experience of planning
2. Excellent Administrative skills (with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel)
3. Good attention to detail
4. Knowledge of working within an engineering business would be advantageous but not essential.
