Location HSL Units 1-3a, Grange Road Industrial Estate, Grange Rd, Soothill, Batley WF17 6LN
Salary £14- £17 per hours depending on skills
Hours 39 hours
Monday- Thursday 6am-415pm or 7am-515pm Fridays off.

Production Supervisor job details
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for working with the wider Manufacturing team to ensure production targets and deadlines are met, with a focus on ensuring that outputs meet the required quality standards and product specifications. As a key member of the Manufacturing team, the Production Supervisor will have a proactive role in reporting, people management and providing regular updates to the Head of Manufacturing across several departments.
Key responsibilities
13. Coordinating production workflow for multiple products across several teams.
14. Managing performance of teams.
15. Conducting performance reviews and preparation of resulting documentation.
16. Collaborate with all relevant internal departments
17. Conducting individual reviews – lateness and absence.
18. Addressing & resolving issues when they arise.
19. Management of workflow to maximise production.
20. Ensuring that team members have the appropriate tools and PPE and are fully compliant with company policy regarding usage.
21. To manage risk by ensuring that all team members adhere to H&S rules regarding work area/work stations.
22. Responsible for effective management and maintenance of raw materials/stock control.
23. Working closely with the teams to ensure quality processes are developed & maintained.
24. Providing daily/weekly updates to the Production Planner & Head of Manufacturing on all team activity.
