We are working with a prestigious heath charity. They are looking to recruit a HR Advisor. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contact position working 35 hours per week
They offer a flexible working approach with 3 days per week on site in their Sutton office with the remainder of the week working remotely.
£39,000 - £43,000 per annum
Role
You will be providing HR advice on operational services across the employee lifecycle, in line with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide expert advice to line managers and staff on the application of policy and procedures and Employee Relations matters.
2. To support line managers with a range of complex Employee Relations case management
3. Look to develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures, guidance documents and templates while ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
4. Provide information and give guidance on new and updated policies to line managers and staff
5. To advise line managers on a range of change management issues, including non-renewal of fixed-term contract procedures, restructures, ...
