The Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. A high level of autonomy in carrying out managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs is expected. Experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning is preferred. Experience with different projects, such as management training and soft-skills development, is also essential.
A High School diploma is required. Experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or a similar role is preferred. Candidates should possess advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments, excellent verbal and written communication skills, industry knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to multi-task. This employee will work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Job Duties:
1. Monitor all educational courses and coordinate company training events.
2. Map out annual training plans for production, supervisors, customer support, and more.
3. Become familiar with 260-E funding and submit to correct entities.
4. Track all educational spending within each department.
5. Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with training providers.
6. Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
7. Select appropriate training methods or activities.
8. Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
9. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
10. Prepare and order educational aids and materials.
11. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
12. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
13. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
