Job Description Joining Great Bear as a Assistant Management Accountant you will contribute to the overall success of the site, you will report directly to the site Senior Management Accountant responsible for delivering Management Information to the General Manager, Operations team, Finance and the Board. You will be responsible for the production of daily, weekly and monthly finance reporting to a review level. Key Responsibilities: Based at our Brand New Harworth depot, with some occasional travel to other locations, you will be responsible for the production of the weekly costings for a number of customer contracts across multiple sites. Production of the weekly costings for a number of operations run from our customer-focused sites Preparation of Management Accounts including posting journals Investigation and explanation of variances in the Management Accounts Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support with the production of the monthly review pack of financial and operational management information for discussion with customers at review meetings Invoice and credit control customers and update the Company cash forecast Review supplier invoices against their purchase orders and assist in the authorisation process Deal with site suppliers including self-billing subcontract hauliers on a weekly basis Assist with the annual budget process Assist with quarterly forecasting Collate and issue various internal reporting Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects Filing and admin to support the accounts team as required
