Stores within this area are Leytonstone, Beckton, South Romford, Debden, Newbury Park, Dagenham, Upminster, Romford, Seven Kings. As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi, you'll need lots of energy, great leadership skills and a passion for success. With experience of managing a team in a target-driven environment, you're able to take control, supporting the team to deliver consistent store standards while tightly controlling costs.

* Minimising costs and optimising productivity
* Management of company property, cost control and sales figures
* Regular communication with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control and financial management of the store
We offer £35,625 rising to £43,440 after 4 years, plus an additional London allowance of £1,935. You can choose from flexible 32/36/40-hour contracts or 40/45-hour contracts. You'll also get 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 5 weeks after 2 years.
