Faraday Medical Practice is inviting an enthusiastic, professional, courteous and highly motivated candidate to fill an Administration post and join our team.
In this role you will primarily be involved in reviewing and actioning all incoming mail, preparing outgoing correspondence, as well as undertaking a wide and varied range of administration duties.
In addition, as part of our current Administrative workforce, you will help to maintain a smooth running of the Practice and ensure consistency for our Patients. You will help to answer incoming calls, manage or direct enquiries and offer an efficient, courteous and confidential service to patients at all times.
This will be a diverse role, and as such we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual. You should possess excellent communication, IT and service skills with the ability to use your initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a medical role, and knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage; however, we would be happy to accept applications from other backgrounds if the skills detailed in this advert can be demonstrated and you are willing to learn.
We are offering 36 hours for the right candidate, with a working pattern of 8am to 6pm on 4 full days. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications, and not linked to agenda for change; however, to help manage your expectations, salary is expected to fall within an NHS banding 3.
