Typical Accountabilities
Operational Brand Management & Customer Excellence
[Brand Strategy]
1. Develop marketing plan including marketing objectives, strategies, and promotional plan of assigned products.
2. Coordinate and manage all activities in the promotional plan through effective and timely communication with internal stakeholders whose actions or any supports are necessary and develop various promotional materials and programs to maximize effectiveness of the activities.
3. Analyze market and product periodically and take appropriate action according to the results of the analysis.
4. Forecast monthly sales in a proper way and keep stocks secure based on stock management guidelines.
5. Monitor sales performance and manage A&P budget.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and other customers.
7. Plan, prepare, and personally involve sales reps.
8. Comply with AZ and industry code of conduct, ethics, and code of marketing practice.
[Alliance Management]
1. Lead overall partnership management to drive sales growth and mitigate partner risks.
2. Anticipate business opportunities/risks and prepare contingency plans for partnership management.
3. Collaborate with partners for quality execution and influence directly to raise AZ brands’ priority among partner portfolios.
4. Provide support on strong oversight of external relationships within alliance partnerships.
[Qualifications]
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree and above.
2. Over 10 years of experience in marketing in the pharma industry.
3. Experience working at MNC preferred.
4. Primary care experience preferred.
5. Alliance experience preferred.
