The Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for driving the sales of ready-mix concrete, achieving volume and margin targets, and managing customer relationships across your territory. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where your contributions will have a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve budgeted sales volume and margin targets for ready-mix concrete
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your territory
3. Promote the full range of Cambrian products and services
4. Ensure accurate invoicing for smooth customer transactions
5. Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support
About You:
1. Proven sales experience in the construction or building materials sector
2. Strong understanding of ready-mix concrete and related products (preferred)
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to manage and grow customer accounts effectively
5. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service
