If so, our client is looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance their compliance operations. About the Company Our client is a market leader in providing software solutions for public and private sector transport management and smart ticketing. Their solutions can be found throughout the UK, processing approximately 4 billion transactions a year. About the Role As a Compliance Manager, you will lead and support the company's ongoing maintenance and compliance across ISO 9001, 20001, 22301 and 27001. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving compliance frameworks, policies, and internal audit processes to ensure the highest operational standards are met. You will also work cross-functionally to embed a culture of quality, sustainability, and service excellence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with ISO standards. Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards. Monitor and interpret regulatory and industry changes, ensuring the company remains fully compliant. Oversee risk management processes, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Lead compliance training initiatives, ensuring employees understand and follow compliance requirements. Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies, external auditors, and certification agencies. Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Collaborate with teams across the organization to embed best practices in quality management and information security. Essential Skills & Experience Deep understanding of relevant ISO standards. Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within a quality or information security context. Auditing skills to conduct internal audits and assess compliance against ISO standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train employees and engage with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve compliance goals. Proven experience in managing ISO standards and ensuring continuous compliance. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and information security best practices.
