As a Technology Delivery Partner, you’ll be the link between people across the organisation and the technology they need to work efficiently and effectively. You’ll play a key role in delivering solutions that enhance care and support services, ensuring they are fit for purpose and successfully adopted by teams. From gathering user insights to overseeing implementation and adoption, you’ll be involved in every stage of technology delivery. You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our care and support product stack remains innovative and future-proof. You’ll work closely with care and support teams, IT, and technology partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for someone with: Experience capturing user stories using different research techniques to gather detailed requirements. A strong track record in managing technology products or system releases from concept to launch. Service design expertise, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and meet business needs. Change management experience, helping teams adopt new technologies. Proficiency in UX design techniques, like wireframing and user story mapping. And someone who: Enjoys working with people and building relationships Can understand different perspectives and translate user needs into clear requirements Has experience working with technology solutions, either in delivery, support, or design Has strong problem solving skills and can think strategically Can communicate complex ideas in a simple, accessible way Is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once Most importantly, we want someone who is curious, adaptable, and committed to making technology work better for people, especially within care and support services. What are the pay and benefits? This salary for this role is fixed at £51,934 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position Flexible working policies – this role would be both home and office based with time spent in our Newport, Cardiff and Swansea office. 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service All other internal benefits.
