As our Receptionist, you'll be the heart of our office operations, the friendly face of our brand, and the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and colleagues. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while creating a professional yet warm environment that leaves a lasting, luxury, impression for all. This is part time position and we are looking for someone that can commit to 27.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Create a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere in our reception area that embodies our brand. Answer and direct incoming calls, connecting people with the right team members seamlessly. Keep shop displays looking fresh and fully stocked with our amazing products. Handle daily staff shop operations, and assist with stock takes as needed. Support the Office Manager to improve processes, streamline operations, and champion sustainability initiatives. Ensure stationery, kitchen supplies, and shop products are well-stocked by managing inventory and orders. Act as the key point of contact between Baker Street office and our Bristol Warehouse colleagues for seamless product deliveries. Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
