Description HR Adviser - Transactions (Team Lead) | 7551 | Permanent Contract | £36,124 to £37,938 per annum pro rata (Scale I) | 22.2 hours per week, Wed - Fri | County Hall, Norwich Following a recent restructuring of our HR Transactions team, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly credible HR professional to join as a part time Team Leader working three days per week. You will provide professional advice and guidance and be able to lead and develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers. As part of your role, you will plan, direct, control and monitor the work of the HR transactions team in conjunction with the partner Team Lead on a day-to-day basis, dealing with more complex or escalated issues personally. You will review and contribute to updating business processes to ensure that these reflect the HR operating model, promote best practice and comply with legislative frameworks. You will have experience of managing or supervising people to deliver required service outcomes and have significant HR knowledge and experience in a fast paced HR environment to support the delivery of a high-quality customer service. We offer hybrid working but all colleagues are expected to attend the office one day each week, usually a Wednesday, to work with the team and foster good working relationships.
