Career Development and Training opportunities to help you grow. Manage and respond to all HR queries via the People Desk, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting KPIs. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, directing team members to the appropriate resources. Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures, escalating queries when necessary. Deliver HR administrative support for the People & Culture team, assisting with projects, audits, reports, and presentations. Maintain and manage the occupational health portal and referrals to ensure compliance and efficiency. Assist with employee benefits administration, providing relevant information and answering questions. Keep accurate records aligned with legal and data protection requirements. Develop and maintain HR resources, including factsheets, templates, and intranet updates. Attend and take notes at HR meetings, supporting initiatives and events. Champion Busy Bees values and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in HR administration or a similar role within a regulated environment. Knowledge of handling employee queries, policy guidance, and HR-related tasks. Strong collaboration and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
