Cook Team Leader- Ysbyty Glan Clwyd
The Catering team have responsibility for producing in excess of patient meals per day as well providing meals for on staff working on site. Key responsibilities for employees are ensuring all food safety standards are adhered to in accordance with current legislation as well as high standards of cleanliness.

An opportunity has arisen for a Cook Team Leader who is enthusiastic, reliable, motivated and who has experience of producing food. We are looking for an individual who will work well as part of a team and also able to manage their own time. Working hours on a week rota. Shift to include :am - :pm, :am - :pm, :am - :pm and am - pm.
Basic duties include the preparation and cooking of food for patients, staff, visitors and functions and the maintenance of high standards of quality and hygiene are essential for the post holder.
Skills and qualities: -
1. Sufficient experience of working as a Chef Catering for large numbers
2. Flexible approach to work and needs of the service
3. Excellent team worker.
4. Friendly and professional approach
5. Maybe required to work in other units
6. Weekend work included
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
