Hours/ working pattern: part-time, working two weekends a month, 3-5 shifts per week (usually 8.30am to 5.00pm).
This role is based on annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary; however, your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
This role is predominantly based at the Giant’s Causeway, but you may be required to work at other National Trust sites.
Salary: £11.64 per hour
Duration: part-time

This is an operational role based in a small office at the Giant’s Causeway.
What you’ll be doing
This role includes administration, sales, and communications. You will support the Booking and Sales Co-ordinator in a busy office environment. Working within the appropriate National Trust procedures in a discrete and confidential manner, you will support the effective operation of the Booking Office and enable it to meet its objectives. Responsibilities include:
1. Answering visitor enquiries (phone and email)
2. Processing group booking enquiries
3. Forward planning
4. Reporting
5. Invoicing
6. Analysing client activity
