Key Responsibilities
Their dedicated Building Surveying Team offers professional/regulatory services, project services and survey services, often in a combined and seamless service delivery offering.
They proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administer contracts, and offer other bespoke services to ensure our clients' estates remain well maintained and achieve their full potential.
Additionally, they provide extensive commercial and bespoke services including but not limited to dilapidations, lease advice, pre-acquisition surveys and specialist fire safety advice.
They pride themselves on the quality of their service and enjoy long-term relationships with their clients.
They are a sector-focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear and Retail clients and projects.
Qualifications
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline.
