We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company with sites across the globe who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner for their Hereford site.
This is a full-time permanent role paying up to £50k, and will be servicing a headcount of c450 staff within a unionised environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Providing ER support to a site of 450 staff, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management.
2. Support with sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviews.
3. Working in partnership with Trade Unions as necessary.
4. Coaching and supporting managers in best people practice.
5. Leading on engagement with employees to develop business needs.
6. Accurately maintaining the HRIS, preparing reports as required.
7. Continually reviewing HR processes and making recommendations for improvements.
8. Guiding, mentoring and coaching a HR Advisor.
Experience required:
1. Employee relations.
2. Coaching and influence.
Working hours:
37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm, 5 days on site.
