The Role As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth. Core responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 1- Management of email marketing Creating, managing, and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns Working with relevant stakeholders to plan and build campaigns Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates Segmenting emails to reach the right audiences Tracking and analysing campaign results Work on annual email marketing plan with rest of marketing team Work with Head of Marketing to review the email marketing strategy’s performance 2- Digital Marketing Aiding additional digital marketing efforts Assisting with website content changes Posting events onto digital platforms such as Eventbrite Setting up webinars Regular stocktakes and ordering of printed collateral, including coordinating changes with key stakeholders and liaising with the graphic designer. Production of exhibition kits to be sent nationally containing promotional collateral and equipment S tatistical analysis Co-ordinating copywriting and placement of content Liaising with the graphic designer for new adverts or alterations. The ideal candidate has: Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager Creative writing skills to enable the writing of student stories into useable content A passion for health, wellness, nutrition or relevant fields Strong organisational skills - used to working to deadlines and managing tasks involving the input of others. Ideally, the person will be interested in natural therapies, health, naturopathy, nutrition or related fields. Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics Familiarity with analytical and database tools Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
