Jensten London Markets are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Commercial Motor Fleet Account Handler to join our growing team at our Watnall office. This is a fantastic opportunity with potential for career progression, including the possibility of developing into a Team Leader role with additional training and development. Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute appropriate solutions, structuring, pricing, and placement strategies to meet clients' needs and drive profitable business across a range of clients. Provide exceptional service to clients, reviewing, arranging, and securing the most suitable coverage at competitive premiums. Review and action all policy and client information as required. Foster and build strong relationships with clients, prospects, insurers, and external specialists to maximize business opportunities. Strengthen relationships with Jensten’s insurer panel and maintain a strong profile in the insurance market. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify growth opportunities and drive performance. Place Commercial Motor Fleet Renewal business in approved markets, ensuring alignment with clients' needs, industry sector proposition, and insurance market conditions. Evaluate the adequacy and suitability of cover options and terms offered to clients. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure efficient resolution of all queries. Essential Experience : Previous experience in the UK insurance market, with a solid understanding of regulation and compliance. Hands-on experience in handling Commercial Motor business. A background in client service and administrative tasks, adhering to systems and processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills. Proven experience working within a team that services clients. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products.
