HR Administrator

Salary: £22,000 per annum + Benefits (pro rata for part-time)
25 hours per week over 5 days
Purpose of Role:
Deliver effective HR administration across both companies, supporting all staff through the employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to departure. Work closely with a Senior HR Consultant to help implement the People Strategy across both businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support to employees at all stages of their employment
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new starters
* Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver strategic HR initiatives
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Proven experience in HR administration or a related field
* Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
