Bouygues Energies & Services are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team in Didsbury, Manchester. The role is crucial in supporting our executive leadership team by providing efficient and timely support, whilst handling confidential information with discretion.
The Role
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
* Ensuring the management and smooth operation of the office including management of office reception staff.
* Assist in creating reports and presentations.
* Be a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
* Organise meetings ensuring all logistics and visitors access are handled efficiently.
* Attend meetings as required, assisting with capturing actions and managing to completion.
* Assist in projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion.
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and steamline general office administrative processes.
The Person
Essential Criteria
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Administration skills to support office functions effectively.
* Excellent communications skills.
* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably supporting senior executives.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong project-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Attention of Health and Safety matters.
