Job Title: Contracts Manager (Permanent)
Our client, a well-established leading building contractor, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves working alongside the established Contracts team to oversee projects within the NHS, Local Authorities, and Social Housing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage contracts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
2. Conduct financial cost analysis, develop construction phase plans, and create project programmes.
3. Oversee multiple projects, ranging from £5,000 to £1,000,000.
Essential Requirements:
1. A full UK driving license (Company vehicle and fuel card provided).
2. Strong organisational and IT skills.
3. Confident in meetings and client interactions.
4. Previous experience in managing projects of varying sizes and complexity.
5. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Existing connections with labour and subcontractors would be beneficial.
