We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a dynamic and growing business.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to develop strong administrative skills while gaining exposure to a large, multi-business organisation. You’ll be providing essential support to the HR team, particularly during an exciting period of change as the company transitions to a new HR Information System (HRIS).
The Role
Standing as a crucial part of the team, you’ll be keeping things running smoothly with the transition from hard copies to electronic personnel files. You will be:
* Carrying out audit checks to ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Organising and maintaining HR files to ensure easy accessibility
* Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks in preparation for the new HR system
* Handling any additional administrative duties as required
Our Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that, as our ideal candidate, you’ll have great communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. With excellent organisational skills and a great attention to detail, you’ll preferably understand HR legislation; however, this isn’t a deal breaker. You will also be:

* Resilient and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Discreet and able to always maintain confidentiality
