Ipswich Town Football Club is looking for a Stadium Operations Manager who will be responsible for the management of the stadium facility operations including cleaning and maintenance teams. You will also take responsibility for managing the Clubs’ health & safety strategy and be heavily involved in the delivery of match days at Portman Road.
Who are you?
* You will have stadium/events management experience and a recognised facilities management qualification.
* You will be familiar in using CAFM and other building related management systems.
* You will be experienced in managing and coordinating an internal project delivery schedule.
* You will have a recognised H&S qualification (NEBOSH preferred).
* You will have experience of managing large teams.
* You will be able to multitask and assist other colleagues when needed.
* You will be comfortable in a busy, fast paced environment.
* You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and be confident communicating.
* You will have a strong willingness to learn a range of new skills and build on existing abilities.
* You will be organised, able to meet deadlines and keep calm under pressure.
* You will be outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate about your work.
