WHAT TO EXPECT
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting the Executive Director, Quality. This role is critical to the smooth running of the business and Quality Function alongside the Business Manager. This role requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.
As the Executive Assistant you’ll manage the Executive Director’s diary and assist with Inbox management, prioritising key business activity and liaising with stakeholders. You will work with the Business Manager to maximise the impact of the Director in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Supplier and partner engagement and liaison on behalf of Executive Director, ensuring important relationship management around key activities and visits.
* Assisting, and occasionally leading, on departmental communications across all leadership levels.
* Working closely with the Business Manager to maximise the efficiency and impact of Quality.
* Diary management and administration - managing travel arrangements, booking drivers, and arranging team meetings.
* Providing direction on priorities, supporting paperwork with recommendations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Ability to organise the Executive Director’s tasks, achieve objectives, and make recommendations.
* Ability to deliver quality and consistency in a complex, highly demanding environment.
* Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
* Strong project management skills.
