Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Purchasing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Purchase Ledger including processing of invoices, goods receipting, payments, statements.
2. Dealing with any supplier/invoice queries in a fast and efficient manner.
3. Support month-end closing activities.
4. Answering incoming calls and emails and assisting with general queries, coordinating payment plans.
5. Placing Purchase Orders as necessary.
6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
7. Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records.
8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure purchasing needs are met efficiently.
9. Provide administrative support to the finance and procurement teams.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in an accounts or/and Purchasing role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software Sage beneficial.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
