We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Role
As a Bar Supervisor, your role will be to truly listen to our guests, to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. You will also be accountable for supervising the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department, as well as ensuring we deliver a 5-star service to our guests.
The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role as a Bar Supervisor, we look for Bar Supervisors to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and a well-stocked bar.
* Curate unforgettable customer experiences in a lively atmosphere.
* Manage schedules, inventory, and staff training.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
* Leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
* Great communication and organizational abilities.
