BIM & Design Systems Coordinator

Foster + Partners, the award-winning integrated design practice, has excellent opportunities for experienced BIM Coordinators to join the team in London. This is a key role to manage projects in line with the Foster + Partners BIM & Design Systems Strategy across multiple Studios. The position involves coordinating project teams across Studios, which includes technical upskilling and mentoring. You will be the single point of contact on projects, responsible for ensuring team optimization for working in Revit, associated technologies, workflows, and for the delivery of coordinated models, data, reports, and other related project documentation. Excellent Revit (Architecture) skills are essential for this position.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree or equivalent
2. Able to work on more than one project simultaneously
3. In-depth knowledge of the latest version of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks with experience in running clash detection and producing clash reports
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Previous working experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium/large scale projects in Revit and associated technologies
6. Experience working in an architectural/engineering production environment
7. Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit and the ability to read and write scripts
8. Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, BIM360
9. Previous experience with BIM projects on site and mobile technologies used on site
10. Ability to use some of the following: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Office 365
11. BIM Qualifications: BRE, RICS or similar
The role is based in our London office, in Battersea. You must be able to commute 5 days a week to the office. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 18:00 pm.
