Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn sy’n hunangymhellol i gefnogi adran yr Amgylchedd, Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau i ddarparu gwasanaeth o’r radd flaenaf i breswylwyr ac ymwelwyr Conwy.
Bydd y prif ddyletswyddau'n cynnwys:
• Darparu cyngor cywir, ystyrlon a chyson i gwsmeriaid.
• Gwrando’n amyneddgar a chydymdeimlo â sefyllfa'r cwsmer a chyfleu awydd diffuant i'w cynorthwyo a'u cefnogi.
• Bod y pwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer pob ymholiad gan gwsmeriaid.
• Mynd ati i weithio gydag aelodau'r tîm yn ddyddiol i gyflawni nodai’r tîm a chefnogi aelodau eraill o’r tîm.
Bydd angen addysg o safon dda gyda sgiliau llythrennedd clir. Sgiliau gwrando ardderchog, yn dangos y gallu i wrando'n amyneddgar a chydymdeimlo â sefyllfa'r cwsmer. Mae sgiliau TG a bysellfwrdd cadarn yn hanfodol.
Mae'r rôl hon yn cynnig opsiynau gweithio hyblyg ar gyfer cydbwysedd bywyd a gwaith. Gall hyn gynnwys addasu eich diwrnod gwaith a gweithio hybrid, hy cydbwysedd rhwng gweithio yn y swyddfa a gweithio gartref.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to support the Environment, Roads and Facilities department in providing a first class customer service to residents and visitors to Conwy.
Principal duties will include:
To provide accurate, meaningful and consistent advice to customers
To listen patiently and demonstrate empathy with the customer’s situation and convey a genuine desire to help and support
First point of contact for all customer enquiries
Actively work with team members on a daily basis to reach team goals and provide support to other team members
You will need a good standard of education with clear literacy skills. Excellent listening skills, demonstrating the ability to listen patiently and empathise with the customer’s situation. Strong IT and keyboard skills are essential.
