Sales Negotiator Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Hours: Mon – Fri | 8:45am - 5:30pm | Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:45am–4:00pm with a lieu day Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 with OTEs of £30,000 Our client is looking to find an experienced hard-working, positive, and energetic Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant market leading team in Farringdon The ideal candidate will have agency experience and will be a confident Sales Negotiator, communication skills and being a team player is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator: Negotiating offers and closing sales. Building and maintaining relationships with buyers & vendors. Communicating with clients face to face, email and telephone. Booking in viewings and valuations. Conducting viewings. Obtaining viewing feedback and updating vendors with the outcome of viewings. Ability to provide clients with information on the property market trends and prices. Experience in customer service. Stay well informed on market conditions in the industry. Generating and qualifying leads. Key Skills of a Sales Negotiator: Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and well-presented. Excellent customer service skills. Target driven and dynamic. Full UK driving licence & own car. Knowledge of state government legislation.
