The Women and Children's division is currently seeking an 18.5 hour Hysteroscopy & Colposcopy Patient Coordinator working as a job share to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the provision of exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless patient pathway experience.
They will assist with providing daily support to the Colposcopy & Hysteroscopy teams, supporting patients, clinical staff, and the Trust through the triage process of referrals.

* Regular attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
Knowledge
* Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
* Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
* Thorough knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes
* Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, i.e., PAS, Excel or similar applications
* Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems

Qualifications

* Institute of Health Records & Information Management Diploma (IHRIM)
* European Computer Driving Licence
* Shorthand speeds of 80wpm
